They refuse to let anyone but their internal pharmacy fill orders? Seems extremely weird

Our vet also refuses to work with chewy. We just request written Rx for their flea/heartworm meds and mail that to chewy pharmacy. Takes an extra couple days cause you have to place the order, then put that order # on your Rx you mail in, but it lets us pick our meds, not just what vet office has
