I have seen this across so many secondary schools, they have normalised these techniques, the most minor infringement triggers a disproportionate, punitive response to keep them 'in line'. I have even heard YR6 teachers talk about the need to be tougher now in primary in order to prep kids for YR7 💔

Cultural orgs working w/ community can overlap with audience dev & trad outreach might have been about getting new audiences into the building to see the art but I think that's not the case now. Mind you the PG resources are Europe focused & it's different to the UK, which is ahead of the curve.
