This app is horrible....as echoed by loads of reviews on app store. The simple multi location home screen I used to use has vanished. It is busy and takes longer to navigate. A pity as your forecasts are the most accurate I have come across.

I thought that the stamp duty is reflected in house prices....a downsizer will get offered a bit less for their house that they would if stamp duty didn't exist. And so on down the chain. So not a real block on moving (though may be used as an extra reason for something they want to do anyhow.
