Founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Nadia Murad, Nadia's Initiative rebuilds communities in crisis and advocates for survivors of sexual violence.
Sameer was just 12 years old when he was forced to flee Sinjar with his family, pushing his dream of becoming a translator out of reach.

Today, through English courses offered by NI, he is building his language skills and reclaiming the future he once imagined.

In Guhbal Village, families lost access to water when the community’s wells fell into disrepair after prolonged conflict.

Now, with rehabilitated wells, more than 100 families have access to clean, continuous water.

When water flows, everything else begins to follow.
