Covering in Jamaica the terrible situation after Hurricane Melissa, with Maryline Baumard for Le Monde. Devastated area in Black River, need for solidarity. This is the first time that a category 5 hurricane (the maximum level on the Saffir-Simpson scale) has made landfall in the Atlantic.
