I did the math. If he cut all discretionary spending (not vets, military, social security, Medicare/medicaid) by 50%, the savings would only be about 2/3 of his net worth.

Problem is, nobody is talking about the fact that in the first paragraph, in the Introduction, it says approved for release by the Dept. Of State, Bureau of Global Public Affairs. Now that, is either true or false.
