Why psychedelics don’t work for some ppl? Why some ppl don’t get better with psychedelic therapy? Looks like ~20-30% of clinical trial participants don’t respond/improve. How can we help people whose conditions are resistant not just to conventional therapies but seemingly to psychedelic-AP as well?

Yes! You may be particularly interested in his An Autobiography of Trauma - there’s chapter about his views on psychedelics and the part they played in his life. I found that fascinating as he’s much more conservative about them than other trauma figures e.g. Bessel van der Kolk and Gabor Mate
