Steamboat Spring was absolute magic. I’m glad I got after tree skiing this season so I could open up this place. A whole back bowl named after breakfast food also didn’t hurt

Made a big ole batch of chicken stock today. The jar on the left was stove top, and the one on the right was in the instant pot. Not sure how the flavor will shake out, but it gave me an excuse to buy new mason jars
