(even though his experience with them is mainly traumatic due to #him you still have that familial bond no matter what, especially with his dad)

Tbh I like Hakuri's reaction to the current situation. It humanizes him even while he tries so hard to stay strong & "useful" to the kamunabi because at the end of the day he's a kid that just lost his family -
