There is a problem you should look out for, sometimes when you rip VHS tapes, the further you get in the tape the more the audio and video will get out of sync. There is a fix for it, but I don't remember it off the top of my head, should be somewhere on Google.

I work at one of the top medical schools in the country, they are so good because only the best even get a chance at the training. We have a class size of 150, and we have 3000 applications for each opening.

That only works if you make a change so that legislation can only be about 1 thing. If they know that a politician has to vote one way on a bill they can tack on something that wouldn't pass otherwise that has nothing to do with the bill in question.

The problem with training more doctors is the fact that most residencies are paid for with Federal funds, and this limits the medical school class sizes. (Our financial manager mentions this in his part of the new student orientation lectures every year)

I can confirm that you don't need a membership to use the pharmacy. I used to get several prescriptions there because they were cheaper.
