Added PenOG x.5 versions, will become available after next update to NacaBattle. I also have to update the conversion table between PenC and PenOG jogress DigiROMs.

After all of this I'd like to update the navigation in the site, as it has been categorized as confusing, and they are right, also would like to update the device competition banner.
