Nelson Mandela dedicated his life to freedom. We continue to honour this great man on the 35th year of his release from prison for standing opposed to oppression.

This was posted by Black History Studies. Thanks to herculean efforts by many, Black heritage is now being included in curriculums but continues to be at risk of exclusion. I stand with all who are finding their voices in the space of unified initiatives that build inclusion and peace.

as we recalled Dr. King's dream and HIS legacy.
We embraced "Changes", recognizing Tupac's journey in becoming a global icon for Black pain, expression, lyrical art, advocacy of equalities and World Peace.
