Went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium last week and had some fun sketching some of their animals! All ref photos were taken by me.

I love them all, but i think my favorite drawing is either the hammerhead or the eelpout :D

Here’s some art that I never posted on Insta! The samurai wasp (Trissolcus japonicus) was sketched in pencil and then rendered digitally, the katydid was colored with watercolor pencils and markers, and the salamander is a clay sculpture.
