Considering ditching this site, it’s turning into X. All the negative comments from armchair managers piss me off.
I remember back in the 1960’s you always played one team twice over Xmas/New Year
(& at the start of the season too).
One year it was Liverpool - we won 1-0 @ Anfield, then they came to ER & won 1-0.
Smith & Hunter were both running towards a 50:50 ball & the whole stadium fell silent. Some clash !

All these amateur football managers make me laugh - & cry. Everyone wants instant results, doesn’t work like that.
The team is clearly competitive in this league; been unfortunate recently, but that should even out over the season.
Anyway, whatever happens I won’t be following any other team. MOT.

That was the last minute Beckford winner in the early KO at Forest right in front of the Leeds fans. Fabulous.

Driving to Wolves once with my son, we were waiting at some lights. As they changed, the guy in the car alongside, turning right, wound down his window & shouted in a strong Brummie accent ‘shit team, shit fans’ before speeding off like a scalded cat. We laughed so much i nearly pranged it.

Just don’t understand the Bamford ‘love in’. Clever footballer, but not a natural goal scorer. Top wage earner who spent half of his 7 seasons in the treatment room. Absolutely minimal influence over the last 2 seasons. Thanks & ‘bye’.
