Both of the scripts for The Twilight Zone episodes "The Shelter" and "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street" were included in my early '80s Junior High School English textbooks for damn good reasons, and significant enough to where I wonder if there are any modern analogues for this.

I work at a medieval-themed ScareZone at Knott's Scary Farm, and all the Jesters spend their time before the Slider Show just riffing on the passing guests' attire and hairstyles. "Did you steal that beanie from a newborn in the maternity ward?!" Brutal.
