A “Blackout” getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday for my bestie. We hit up chef Andrew Black’s Grey Sweater, for a 7 course dinner. Highlights were Snapper with Trout Roe in a Caribbean stew, aged Duck breast with Cuban Sweet potato puree, and a Madagascar vanilla bean orange chai ice cream!
