I should note that it's been brought up to me that this legislation is likely doomed to fail because in order to overturn a Supreme Court ruling like the Miller Test, legislation would need to pass with 2/3 majorities in both the Senate and House.

Still contact your Senators though.

This will most likely be going before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transport.

I took the liberty of doing up a list of every Senator on the committee plus the phone numbers for their Washington offices. Senators in bold are up re-election next year.

Info about the bill can be found here, including its status, keep in mind this website gives an estimate of chances of passing however that's only the case if folks speak out and call their Reps, elsewise it will just slip through the cracks and pass
This is the obscenity Bill it's still in early phases, but if you don't call the members of that committee to squash it down early it will only grow that's how these bills have been squashed before!!!!!! (every time he's tried and failed to do it)
