The medical system requiring us to feign "mental wellness" for diagnosis and treatment is ridiculous, but it's the reality.
In my experience there's a pattern.
Doctor doesn't know what I have.
Instead of saying "I don't know" they say "feeling anxious? Depressed?"

Almost certainly the alcohol industry, since alcohol consumption rates have been falling since the pandemic began.
