here's a sound test of the board after lubing the springs and switches and adding a layer of tape to the back

it sounds like what you'd expect from a board w/ pe foam (which was included) and tape mod, but honestly doesn't sound too bad for a tray-mount board

they're noted to be pre-lubed on their listing, but the amount seemed to be little to none. additionally, most of the springs had a noticeable amount of spring ping. idk if this is just a r1 exclusive thing or what but it was in great need of a better lubing job to say the least, at least imo

while the stabs themselves are fine (though the prelube job can seem to vary, i only had to tune them a little), the switches are probably the biggest downfall of this board when it comes to the sound.

It also has a daughter board I’m p sure which I thought was cool (haven’t opened up yet to mod but will eventually)

Haven’t had any issues in terms of the performance of the board either, though the software is kinda jank lol

Love the inclusion of a carrying case especially for ~$100 + shipping, not a fan of the tray mount. Still a hefty board and I like the design, just wish I ordered a different color lol

outside of that i think it sounds better

not really a big fan of the front height but otherwise really solid board imo
