No reason to leave The K. Do a foundational evaluation on the stadium/structure by an INDEPENDENT structural contractor and see what they have to say. Don’t use a contractor bought by Sherman. Look at Fenway and how old it is. Still renovating and going strong. Greed is behind his motivation.

Things ain’t what they used to be. I long for the olden days (70’s/80’s) of radio, brick and mortar stores, no FB…I guess it’s longing for my youth. I don’t see it getting better, imo. I hope someone picks you up for toons.
