What would happen if someone sent balloons the other way, to Belarus? Like someone would like to smuggle leaflets with a friendly reminder who is a Potato Fürher in charge of the country? Asking for a friend.

The Communism or National Socialism relied on the state monopoly over the mass media. Both regimes maintained control over the population by playing on the emotions of the masses.

We have passed the threshold where the mass manipulation is maintained solely by tate actors.
