Grew up w/a parent who got upset when we weren't mimicking their emotions. We couldn't be upset when they were happy & we couldn't be happy when they were mad. We weren't allowed to have really strong emotions so we looked at them & gauged how we were "supposed to be feeling"& acted accordingly #art

The palico, a bipedal cat warrior, posing with one arm flexed to highlight the bicep. The palico's human hunter companion is telling him how when he fights he resembles "Prowlers" palico who fight monsters without humans. After being told this, he decides to pursue being a prowler. Rodrigo Rivera, a hunter in the monster hunter universe, wearing a mixed set derived from the options initially available at the start of the game Monster Hunter Wilds. Someone approaches his group asking for him. His handler companion says that he is indeed Mr.Rivera, he denies it, and his palico companion claims that they themselves are Mr.Rivera. While the handler scolds the palico companion for lying, Rodrigo responds to the person asking for help with "What do you need hunted?" Dezzi the handler of the group, she approves of Rodrigo's quests and works with the hunter's guild. Rodrigo is asking for authorization to hunt the Rey Dau they see before them. Rey Dau is a monster in the game Monster Hunter Wilds that is based on the concept of a rail gun and uses really strong powered electric attacks against the hunter. Dezzi was distracted collecting crystals she saw nearby while the monster had noticed the group and started moving towards them. Rodrigo asks for authorization again, louder this time, and Dezzi grants it hurriedly. Rodrigo stands in a pose ready to face off against this strong foe, Rey Dau.
