Allen's and Anna's Hummingbirds chasing and zipping around the backyard hummingbird feeder. I have another feeder near front porch but it's commandeered by a Costa's that won't share. 😅

I love Song Sparrows... there's a frequent visitor to my back yard bird bath. The attached video is from a sighting at the San Diego Zoo... they were having a sing-off! My daughter made fun of me for birding at the zoo 🤓

3/1/23 it snowed all across Southern California, which is a rare event! It was nice to see all the families in the neighborhood experiencing snow… meanwhile I had to check on the feathered friends in my backyard 😅
