marbled chuck roast coated in pepper, kosher salt, and garlic powder smoked at 250 for 3 hours then drowned in bbq sauce, honey, butter, and beef broth to caramelize in the smoker for another 2 hrs.

8 years ago today we were married by a dear friend under the chuppah. We jumped the broom, we broke the glass, and recited the 7 Blessings.
It was a modest small wedding planned in 3 weeks, and we were surrounded by our nearest and dearest. A perfect day.
