I gave him a bit more food and a bowl of water and cut the side off of the box so he could move on if and when he was able.
I feel terrible but I don’t know what else to do for the poor thing. Hopefully he finds peace one way or another.
Sigh.

Apparently I pre-ordered Metroid Prime 4 back in March 2020? I’ve had a whole-ass child, bought a house, and Nintendo released a whole new console in that time.
