It's blank? Easy.. I bring it up on a pen display; and write down some terms of my own in the space before clicking agree. Will be waiting for the dev to bring me my lifetime supply of snacks as specified.

For some reason I suspect that if it caught on Twitch would do something to make sure that won't work even if they had to fill all unused ad time with ads created by Twitch themself for Twitch-related things like Turbo

I'd say everyone who writes on social media counts as literate though. I think in most cases it's not that people could not read and understand the text of the ToS, but people tacitly refuse to put the time into going through the terms carefully and thoroughly & don't check updates as well.

Makes sense. These are stats that reflect initial popularity or hype and temporary fads, not goodness of the product. Confounding variables include marketing effectiveness. If you budget $0 for marketing and achieve maximum quality instead: sales can be zero as a result.

Sure. This stuff's only pulled off with digital goods and electronics, because of contract law and EULAs. You'd need shrinkwrap terms.

I think the deal's posters own the space under their post: so there's no right to leave disparaging replies for their following to see, and this should help with trolls. But IF it ever becomes really necessary to call out dangerous actors: you'd have to make a new discussion outside of their space.

Yes, your user handle can be your own domain name using ATprotocol, instead of a different username per website.

I wish all platforms would adopt this, as it'd help creators to secure your identities better; help prevent impersonation, etc.
