Not only is The Hunger of the Gods great fantasy storytelling and character work, but it has truly excellent women characters. Flawed, smart, strong, emotional, caring women who are incredibly interesting to read about. I am so impressed by @johngwynneauthor.bsky.social ‘s writing and this series.

I’ve been listening to FireKeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley for my book club. What an amazing book. 💙I highly recommend it, especially the audiobook which is narrated beautifully by Isabella Star LaBlanc. #audiobooks #reading #yabooks #booksky 📚☁️💙
