Introduction part three: Outside of my work, I'm happily married for twenty years (a miracle I NEVER thought would happen for me when I was younger. Two teenage boys, four fluffy layabouts with pointy ears. Currently in Seattle, but we're moving to an 1817 farmhouse in Vermont in a few months. Fin!

Part two of my introduction. I'm interested in stories, and how we work with them in our lives. Myths provide a lot of guidance, as do archetypes. My favorite thing is to help people figure out the most challenging parts of their lives through the use of myths.

I'm new here, so let me say hello! I'm Allison, and I'm a professional mythologist, author, coach, and public speaker. I like to talk about how we can use ancient myth as a tool to make our lives better. Our ancestors figured out what they could, and told us stories about what they learned.
