This story means so much to me, and rereading it truly helped me love it even more. Everything is well developed from the characters to the world building story. It’s so beautiful and is what I love in a manga. This masterpiece of a gem by Mochijun-sensei is absolutely special 🐰🖤🥹

This journey has been a pleasure to experience. From watching the prologue in the anime, to everything else, Thorfinn’s growth as a character and protagonist was my main highlight. I personally liked this ending as it reminds us of the core message of peace and overcoming violence.

A lot of moots recommended this to me, so I checked it out. Despite the cute artstyle, there was apparently some depth to this when thinking from a reviewer’s standpoint. I can see why these critters are popular in Japan, and they’re way better than those ugly Labubus the internet praised!

At long last, the final battle against the Kaiju No. 9 is finally over. The fights in this last arc were great for each character, but sometimes it felt a little too dragged out. As for the ending, it was nothing special, but I liked it. Now for S2 of the anime this Saturday.

For the hype that this got, it was def worth watching! K-Pop is a foreign territory for me, but I found the songs to be really cool and the visuals & animation supported it perfectly. The story itself was pretty generic ngl, but the themes acceptance was done well in the end.

Think of this donghua as a Chinese version of Pokemon, but with a way bigger animation budget. Same studio as Super Cube, so the animation goes crazy in some episodes. The story itself is decent, mostly about the force of that whale. Started strong and ended strong overall.

Nice little side ep of Kaiju No. 8 before the big stuff in S2 happens in a few weeks. It was fun seeing the cast see what Hoshina does on his day off, but everyone knows that tailing someone in an anime never works most of the time. Excited for S2 to air soon for more content.

My opinion stays the same, but in terms of the final arc, it was pretty interesting with its mysteries. The ending felt a little rushed, but it didn’t ruin my enjoyment one bit. Great series, looking forward to Amano-sensei’s next work.

Incredibly strong season! Especially for two big moments, the frog scene and the whole Loulan arc. Lots of Jinmao moments, great music, and the progression & mystery drama parts between the rear palace cast & Shisui story-wise was done phenomenally. I won’t forget it ever!

Goes into the concept of vigilantism in the hero system. With a different art direction, it felt intriguing to see Koichi, Pop Step, & Knuckleduster take action when all the pro heroes are busy. And now onto the main series’s exciting final season this fall! Yay!

For a Shinichiro Watanabe anime, it felt like something was off with the overall anime. While the pacing felt off, I do like the John Wick-like animation & choreography. I’ll admit the last two episodes were pretty alright. Hope next time Watanabe-san will do another light-hearted story.

My second favorite CGDCT anime from Spring. This one was pretty chill as well, plus the food in each scene looked delicious! PA Works & the staff did a great job with this anime original series, and I hope to watch Non Non Biyori in the future for those simple and peaceful vibes.

Ik this is by the same mangaka as Laid-Back Camp with character cameos, but it felt like another season in the old style. For a CGDCT about photography & cinema, it was really relaxing to watch. Great animation at times and a fun cast as well. This needs another season, it was incredibly cute!

Cloverworks, ilysm! By far the best Black Clover has ever looked! Visually, the animation and art direction felt like a movie, and they did this arc and the best chapters of it so much justice! Y’all are NOT ready for the Blue Cult arc & chapter 129 to be animated!

Despite the title, it was not generic at all. While the romance was interesting with Reiko’s identity, but the mystery behind the second walled city of Kowloon was even more interesting out of everything. With this & more, my interest in visiting China has increased a lot!

My feelings towards this is the same. In terms of the story, it was extremely emotional in terms of relationships and the setting of the story. How their relationships with each other were affected by the competition was the interpretation I got.

Hoo boy, this one was wild as hell! Amazing soundtrack for every performance with tons of yelling, cursing, and flipping each other off, but the band’s dynamic with each other was pretty cool. The whole rich girls secretly in a band trope was really good as well. Fun anime!

Finally, a good ninja SOL anime. This one was pretty good, especially with some of Shaft’s iconic animation styles and storyboarding. Konoha’s character growth towards Satoko as a person was commendable as well. Pretty intriguing overall, I wouldn’t mind another season for this one.

First time I watched anything by Geno Studio. It was interesting to say the least, but I was a little disappointed that they didn’t adapt volume 1. The cases and tension were pretty good, also like Echika & Harold’s dynamic too (Their VAs are married IRL). Interesting anime overall

A bunch of advanced robots & tanukians running a hotel on an an uninhabitable earth, truly a hidden gem by Cygames Pictures. Each episode has its own unique story, one of them being a break with no dialogue for a whole episode. Watching this was really fun and I’ll miss this cast.

5 short episodes on YouTube about a high school romance One Piece spinoff with characters named after One Piece characters, Nami Koyama & Luffy Yamamoto. Oh, and a big OP fan named after Usopp. This definitely felt like an advertisement for One Piece’s anime end of hiatus return

This season was a big improvement over the just as great 1st season back in spring 2022. Still as fun and ridiculously entertaining as always. Pretty sweet moments with the cast and Raido & Aharen’s romance this season. Gonna miss watching this one quite a bit.

I’ve been waiting for the dub of this movie, and I’m glad my patience was rewarded. This movie explores the titular couple’s relationship and how they develop as romantic partners. Sweet as usual, I’m glad the dub during pride month, I missed this series so much!

With the 2nd season complete, this hidden gem honestly is a masterpiece of an anime. The amount of depth in the cases and connections to sweets were incredible! Kobato & Osanai’s chemistry was fun to watch too. This & Hyouka are truly special stories worth watching! Absolute cinema!
