40 yrs I've waited for my own Windsor chair to read/write at. Neighbor down the street found one last week for his yard sale business. Sold it to me for $40 & it's my favorite color dark green! It was barely dirty. These usually go for $400-$1,000 new. The blanket is to protect against cat fur.

Japanese Diaso stores have been showing up across the US lately, & I'm beyond happy. At the Marysville, WA location I got some book index tabs. Photos show the size differences of US brands. I noticed readers on YouTube use the wider tabs & it looks cluttered. Saw these, wanted to share new options.

After my dentist appointment & then to #BowlTea soup shop, I went over to Sassafras Gifts in Arlington, WA & found this beauty! I've always wanted an #artNouveau ink well holder. The price was $14. The other one at another antique shop was $89 back 3 years ago, now down $39. #Writing #InkWell

Went shopping to Half Price Books to discover a childhood book collection that is now mine after 45 years of searching. And a few other books and bookmarks.

Went to the Arlington, WA Target this evening for groceries & found these little journals to catalog reading progress: I'm Booked All Week for $8.99. I've set up one for Beta Reading, one Fiction/Fantasy & one for Writing Craft Study.

Thanksgiving this year is just me & my boyfriend. When I opened the turkey for the crockpot, found it came with a gravy packet. I then remembered about the 4 year old frozen gravy I saved. Think we have enough gravy. 🤣😂🤣

Looked at my studio & this is the only way for now for my circumstances. At least a lamplight is right at it & had to use paper clips. Not bad.

Found @tamsynmuir3.bsky.social is following me. I checked the author's website, her socials are not updated & she hasn't posted on Twitter since 2020. Yet, Google Gemini AI 'says' she's on @bsky.app so, this must be a fan account or could it be the real author? What do you think? I hope it's real.

In my fictional universe of Mythia, this rings true in an odd way. It would make sense to utilize the space in the basement of each household. Yet, it would ruin Mythian culture as a whole cremating their dead near the ocean in cleared meadows....someday, this meme will make sense to my readers.🤣😂

To change things up, I set up a blind pick bag w/ chapters 1-57.
1. Type up your Chapter Numbers, print out
2. Cut out in pieces
3. Place pieces in medium size bag
4. Shake bag, grab a #Chapter
5. Discipline yourself to #write picked Chapter
6. Repeat Steps 4 & 5 until whole #draft1 is done

I fear your shelves will fall. All those precious books falling to the ground in pain. Save them from such a fate before it is too late with a natural hard wood bookcase like this...my bookcase I found down the street for free.
