When I was in 7th grade my math teacher quizzed us on this really hard equation and I was the ONLY kid in class who got it right and I cheered for myself and my teacher got pissed and made me go sit outside for the rest of class 😑 23 yrs later and I’m still holding a grudge. He was my favorite too 😒

Aʻama crab jar with barnacle handle lid. This was a mix of vinyl patterns and glaze layering. ~Lance
Fun fact: You can usually find these little guys (the real crabs) on the lava rocks near shore in Hawaii hopping from rock to rock.

I bought a scanner today 🥰🥰 Now I can make more traditional art!! I’m so excited but also nervous as heck because I’ve never used a scanner and I don’t use Adobe anything. So I’m gonna have to find some work arounds. But I’m REALLY happy to have given myself an opportunity to paint more ☺️

Working on my next conservation zine ✴️ Also, it will not be a one page zine so never mind the crap formatting. And I already switched out the manatee on the cover. Critique says they were too sad haha. This was just my mockup for the real deal. Oh! And it’ll be Riso! 🌈
