If you want something done right, do it yourself.
Whenever I’ve gone out for a lobster roll it always had that gross spongy substance at the tip of the claw. They’re too expensive for that mess. They’re also cold. I now make them with tail meat and the lobster is hot with lots of melted butter 😊
