In addition to tabling this month for @queerzestzinefest.bsky.social I will be doing a virtual panel on healing within the horror genre, with a focus on community catharsis and queer horror. I hope you can join us and participate in the other workshops and events they have going on all month long!

(3/3) It's kind of funny how the bug reveal was initially drawn to be much smaller (more maggoty) & I was nearly done inking that penultimate page before scrapping the whole thing and starting over. I want to draw gorier things in future comics, because inking blood is fun. I hope you dig this one!

(2/3) When I say this is prob some of my best work, it's because of how concise I was with visually translating the story. Each beat escalates from page to page and the apprehension of what you'll see with each page turn feels solid. I was closely looking at Junji Ito's work for his pacing.

It's been a while since I've shared a longer form comic from years past on here. "Muse" has to be one of my favorites, featured in Paroxysm Vol 2 back in...2020. Damn. It's kind of a love/hate letter to art school, inspired partly by a horrible rash I had on my hands during that time. (1/3)

Here's the second Animal Crossing coffee shop vibes zine! I haven't printed it yet save for a handful of test copies, but I hope to soon. If anyone has a favorite villager along with drink order/vibe ideas for them I'd love to hear! Merengue is featured here as a friend's favorite. (1/2)

Recently I found a box full of misprint copies of Paroxysm Vol 2 that are slightly smaller with darker pages than the regular books. No less chilling though, just some pages have details missing due to the darker print! I am listing them on my shop at a discount here www.etsy.com/listing/4302...

THIS FRIDAY I'll be in Durham for the Works On Paper Roundup at the Armory! I printed a few copies of my First Date mini and am bringing any remaining copies of my other zines (Paroxysm anthologies aplenty though!) And later in the year I'll be at the NC Art Museum for their Art Book Fair in Sept!

(2/2) If anyone is ever disappointed that I don't draw full kissing hardly ever, it's because I'm absolutely terrible at it. We artists all have our weak spots and that's one of mine u_u Hope to have copies of this little guy available as soon as I can put in a giant order for minis!

JUST A REGULAR FIRST DATE is a comic I started almost exactly 1 year ago and only managed to finish it now. So glad i revisited it much later, the final result is all the better for it. It's a pretty silly idea, but do let me know if this is how online dating usually goes. I wouldn't know. (1/2)

For days I've been working on this, based on the lyrics of Lingua Ignota, some of the most visceral and healing shit I've ever heard. For this one I focused on the track "I Who Bend The Tall Grasses". CW: viscera, bodily/religious trauma.

Some ink drawings for a new table sketch zine I worked on behind my table at Chboro Zine Fest. The last one took inspo from Black Moth Super Rainbow. I’m going to see them in October and I’m literally beaming sun rays out of my eyeballs. Their music is so weird and fun.
