I’m not an expert but they wanted to manage the cap space and knew Blais would not play much as 14th forward. They also count on Xhekaj on a call up. It was a worthy risk… in any case now they will accumulate important cap space for trade deadline if they are contenders.

Mateta is ok , not my favorite FPL player , only 2 returns in 6 and even last year…around same price I would prefer Bowen 2 returns in 5 but with BPS plays full 90. Our West Ham defense is awful but we can score.. they feel sideways move prefer to hold Pedro and roll transfers

Chelsea defense too risky, Pedro planned bench planned for next week, very good player and Chelsea have good upcoming fixtures, solid hold for now
