In my opinion, I usually perfect Ultimate to Mega over Perfect to Mega because Ultimate to Mega sounds about right when you're using word level correctly. 'Perfect' sounds off because it makes it sound like it perfect word in my thought. Ultimate would makes sense. Japanese ver refer different ofc.
