When we suppress a traumatic experience from our past, we effectively relegate it to our subconscious mind. If left unaddressed, they can persist even beyond this life. Without the necessary tools for healing, it may become increasingly challenging to overcome.

I'm tired of men claiming to be on "demon time" when, in reality, they're avoiding their fears, trauma, etc. Instead of confronting their issues, they pretend to be tough, but being hard is actually about healing, moving forward, and escaping toxic situations.
