I made sticky toffee pudding last night... I've been missing it since we've gotten home from Europe and can't find in anywhere here in my area. So homemade it is. And it's delicious!

Don't forget to take care of yourself inbetween sessions. Nurish your mind, body and soul! And give yourself Grace as you go through it. You will thank yourself once you're through the worse of it!

Shadow work was the most difficult self reflections I've ever done! Coming from trauma and abandonment issues, realizing how that's affected my whole life. It was heartbreaking! It was messy!It was disturbing! But it was therapeutic, healing and it's still ongoing. Don't give up!!

I'm fortunate to have 2 accessible libraries that have amazing witchy audiobooks. Also if you Google free library's on libby. There are some libraries across the country (or even in your state) that offer free virtual library cards and you then can use that to access their Libby selection! Just FYI!
