I completely understand you. And I agree with you. Yeah if it's something on TV or whatever it can still be triggering but it's absolutely not the same! Thank you very much for explaining! I appreciate! And may I say I'm proud you wrote these words, I have the same trauma's so I know the difficulty.

Probably no, but that's mainly cause I have a lot of mental health issues and I wouldn't wanna pass it down, but if the person is okay with it I wouldn't really mind I guess. Depends on who the person is and what relation we have.
