Why is it so hard to get a job?
Open availability, no pto, no benefits, no accommodations, no "mental health" excused days, lowest payroll. I'm willing to work my arse off as the least expensive worker there. I have months of experience for the jobs I apply for.

Some of the jobs are near my house.
They're still going to complain about how nobody wants to get hired or how they can't afford new workers, yet, "HellOo! I am here and I am offering a card of loyal servitude that you won't punch in."

Yesterday, I heard a manager tell me that it was a robot scheduling interviews and she was not taking interviews at all. She had me write my name and my number on paper. How many interviews are falsified to the handbook and taken by robots?

I'm tired of waiting. I don't have the resources to do side gigs and the side buisness is slow. I don't really care much about making money tho, that's built from the pressure of existing in society, I genuinely want to work, and I am bored/tired.

I'm tired of noticing employees who don't value their job or don't know what they're doing. Everytime they screw up, I am reminded of how good my working experience was, and I get sad because I loved working.
They're lucky and I am wondering why I can't have that luck.
