Story idea: Apocalyptic wasteland, one of the first things gone: Tracking time, until survivor settlements appear, while tracking time is easy, no one can be sure what day it is. Different settlements have feuds if it's May or June, if it's the 12th. Or 25th, because humans are dumb even war breaks

When discussing with someone my go to sentence is "I understand/see/accept your point/opinion but I disagree with it on xxx"
Often there are multiple correct opinions and for me it's just an exchange on how we see something not on what is correct.
But I get very aggressive responses to that style.
