I'll stay alive as long as I can, though I worry that the next several years could kill me. I might not have it in me to be strong every day, but I can manage to stay steady. <3

I keep flipping between being really angry and overwhelmingly terrified, but in the middle it's just depressed. I really want to focus on taking care of myself, and looking for small ways I can volunteer to take care of other people, too. Or, ya know, ust have a blanket fort party and hide. <3

Feeling trapped in America right now is making it feel so difficult to want to stay alive. 😞
