What if the key to sobriety is mindfulness? Staying fully present in the moment, letting go of the past, and not worrying about the future.

We can't count on the media. Plz understand this. They do not care about fairness, about justice, about equality; they do not care. We care, each of us letting each other know what's going on in their area of the country & what's happening to the country as a whole. We can't count on MSM anymore.🦋🇺🇸

“Rest is not idleness; it’s a form of self-respect. It’s an intentional decision to prioritize your well-being.”

It is a reminder that thriving begins with an intentional pause.
Choose well-being, balance, and renewal. We all need to practice rest in this season.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive

It is sad when my first post here is made because of how sad I am, as a white male, for all of my friends of color who are very nervous about what is to come. Not just a few, but all.
