It sounds like it’s toxic to me even if it’s not radioactive per se in the traditional sense pair. It seems like what we can do now is much more toxic than anything in traditional warfare.

That’s not true - you’re forgetting that comedian senator from Minnesota wasn’t seated until July because his election was challenged. Ted Kennedy was the senator, but he never voted because he had a stroke (?)
