Leonard Leo ally Tim Busch has called SCOTUS the “Leo Court,” explaining that Trump “radically changed” the direction of SCOTUS by appointing (anti-abortion) justices “shepherded” by Leo, who he says is “one of the big supporters of the Napa Institute” (founded by Busch). 1/

To summarize a bit, they felt the unrest in the 60s was driven by the US populace being over educated (vs the Kerner Commission which found it due to white racism and police brutality). Guess which report was adopted by the US government (starting with Carter).
