After LA LA LA LA LA LA KOTOBA NI DEKINAI, at the very latest, it becomes impossible not to interpret Chris as, well, us (at his age). Simply a kid who really likes, roots for and even cries for Sonic. To hate Chris is to hate yourself.

I haven't started a seasonal show since last year. Modern trashy anime simply can't compete in fun factor to shows like the trashy 00s anime where idols have unambiguous romantic relationships with giant robots.
