I think that this argument is increasingly made in bad faith, or it's more transparent now. For instance, Mamdani was the democratic candidate and Jeffries not only refused to endorse him, but then he voted with republicans against his democratic elect mayor.

While I wasn't surprised the quarter fundraising and AIPAC are major influences, I wasn't expecting cryptocurrency to be a major discussion point. Shame on me, I guess.

I think there are others who are working to meet the moment. But for whatever reasons, they don't get nearly the same amount of media coverage for it as Newsom does
