Absolutely not my dude. Venting is important. Having been there I think Japan can be a pretty isolating place at times. I don't know who would put you on blast for feeling any way, but they're wrong. Always around if you need to vent and hope you're able to feel better soon.

I definitely watched DBZ first as a kid. But //sign was probably my first anime obsession that I was aware of as an anime. Fun fact; my original forum internet handle was Tsukasa when I was a 14yo babby. No interest in revisiting it or the franchise. Music will always hold up though
