It’s better if they stay with me. My brother and SIL’s dog is having CCL surgery coming up (ACL equivalent in humans), so keeping their place quiet is in his best interest. Plus, they can help me organize 😁

The best part of all of this? I went from not having any friends or family nearby to seeing my brother and SIL at least once a week (brother several times a week), and reconnecting with a friend from 30 years ago. This has been good for my soul.

I’m hosting my folks next week, lol. But after that should have downtime to settle and enjoy my new space. Wish I could make Breach tour, but it’s not in the cards. I’ll live vicariously through those who can go and through live streams!! Also, THRILLED about Josh and Debbie. New era indeed!!!

Barely keeping my head above water. Work has been brutal. Movers come in one week. And I was so heads down with work, I forgot what time it was and was surprised by the home inspector just now. Had to leave the house so am having dinner and a beer or two to pass the time. Ugh

My realtor thinks it will do well. Inventory is low, so demand is on my side

I’m so glad I got to see the catwalk and b-stage of Bandito. It was amazing, brilliant, beautiful. Those were my first shows. I *almost* went to ERS, but didn’t end up going.

Maybe. Interesting take. I hope this is a one time thing. With the connection they have with their fans, this feels really weird. Maybe Vessel clikkies felt the same when they started playing arenas? IDK. I just don’t like change lol.

I have the exact same feeling. I might feel different if I were still in the Chicago area and it was a 40-min drive, but I’m feeling really meh about the size of the shows and having to travel to another state. There were so many more location options with arena shows/longer tours.

Industries (in general) make so many things out of reach for so many people. Anger is understandable. It’s not about jealously, it’s about being pissed off.

It’s only because I’m out of state and can’t be in person to sign.
