On top of all that we won't be visiting for awhile, traveling is so hard with an infant. Maybe next summer? Who knows

I've been here for almost ten years...but I suppose everyone assumes I'll just visit home so big picture is ppl can simply wait for me to come back? I know money is hard especially right now but....time is running away and baby is growing so fast 😔

People were joking about my high pain tolerance at work and made guesses on how long I would labor unmedicated for but damn not one person (not even me) thought it would go like this!!

Ya girl was crowning at the emergency entrance so 30 mins+3 pushes later he arrived!!! Our baby boy!!!!

Didn't even consider I was in real labor because of how far away my due date was... But wheewwwewe it got crazy FAST we uber'd to the hospital and I thought I was gonna give birth in the midtown tunnel o_o

We're finally moving to the new apartment tomorrow but not sure how helpful I'll be ;_; the hormones have rendered me puffy, itchy, and useless

'why do you feel that way and what can you do about it' is also a big adult life lesson that has been super helpful

Speaking from exp, having someone ask me 'what is the purpose of you saying xyz' has helped me so much it might be one of my biggest learning moments in my adult life

currently micro-dosing caffeine bc of baby anyways so i'll remain ignorant for awhile longer
