It was at a clothing-optional beach in the Canary Islands. I sat down in the nudist area and took off my swimsuit. 10 minutes later I was running naked into the ocean, and one hour later I didn't even need to get dressed again to walk to other nearby coves. Best decision in my life.

This was the first time I got naked in a forest. It was in Portugal, 10 years ago.

Two years ago I went to Cala de Enmedio. More than a half-hour hike. Supposedly a tradtitional nude beach, but I was the only naked person, plus two other on the rocks around.
It was an April weekday. Some 20 people on the beach, so you could maintain distance. Still no one took off their swimsuits

Years ago, at a clothing-optional beach, I saw a group of older Japanese women arrive and sit down to have lunch (fully clothed) just across the rocks from where I was (obviously not clothed).
At one point, the guide, a young woman, came over to my side for a quick skinny dip before rejoining them.

Very few people I interact with here know me in real life. I'd only meet a few more.
I have a hard time trusting others, but in return, I don't mind too much when I'm fooled.

If you go to the beach alone, you never know what's going to happen when you take a photo.
You might see yourself from a different angle if you decide to take it alone... or maybe those kind beachgoers you ask to take it don't know how to use the zoom 😅

Laurent and Johanna are incredible hosts. I was there a few years ago and I hope to return soon. It's the perfect place to relax. And the views—oh, those views from the terrace!
